These are custom built and many options are available including full basement, third bedroom, sunroom, etc. All outside maintenance, including mowing, leaf and snow removal, etc. will be provided by the Homeowner's Association for a small monthly fee. This development is inside the Elkin city limits and therefore all municipal services are provided. Lee Mills is the General Contractor and his wife, Judy, is available to assist the new owner with interior design. Lee and Judy have been involved in similar projects in Surry County with over 150 units completed in recent years. They will work closely with the buyer to custom tailor each unit to suit the owner's preferences including wall colors, floor types, cabinetry, pantry and electrical placements.
